ENROLLMENT OF STUDENTS OF THE THIRD CYCLE OF STUDIES - DOCTORAL STUDIES IN

ACADEMIC WINTER SEMESTER 2022/2023.

Registration starts on 05.12.2022. and lasts until 30.12.2022.

Submit the necessary documents to the Teaching Service of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, every working day from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

For enrollment in the corresponding year (renewal or enrollment in more years) of the third cycle of studies at the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Electrical Engineering in the academic year 2022/2023. , it is necessary to submit the following documents:

1. Index (enter subjects in the designated places in the index for the next semester);
2. Enrollment sheet, semester sheet, two application sheets - form ŠV 20 (you can buy the mentioned enrollment material at the faculty reception, an example of payment is attached to the notice);
3. Study contract at the home institution (create and print from the Information System for Teaching Support Zamger, sign and hand in two copies);
4. Proof of payment of school fees - payment slip (example of payment slip attached to the notification);
   
   Students who have met the requirements for enrollment in the next year of study pay the amount of 7,000.00 KM (50% of the total determined amount, when enrolling in the winter semester, and the remaining 50% by the end of the teaching process in the winter semester at the latest).
   
   Students renewing a year of study pay the amount of 100.00 KM per failed exam 260.00 KM for re-enrollment in the year of study.
5. Proof of payment for access to the Student Services/Faculty Information System (example of the payment slip attached to the notification),
6. Proof of payment for access to the Information System of the Student Services/UNSA (example of the payment slip attached to the notice).
